Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE) Program

For newborns and young children up to approximately 36-48 months.

Description

Scientific research confirms that music in the first three years of life stimulates physical, social and intellectual growth. STES carefully designed this program to use music, movement, activities and children’s books to encourage early growth in language and reading readiness. This program also helps children develop rhythmic, melodic awareness, memory and life/social skills.

  • Strong emphasis on aural development (Mother Tongue Approach)
  • Strong emphasis on rhythmic pattern and steady beat recognition
  • Strong emphasis on harmony & ensemble playing
  • use of percussion instruments (Orff-Schulwerk)
