DESCRIPTION
Every Child Can is a one day introductory course on the Suzuki philosophy and its application to education. For parents, teachers, prospective teachers and others, this course provides an inspiring, in-depth look at the Suzuki approach to teaching and learning. For teachers, ECC serves as the first course in the Suzuki Association of the Americas Teacher Development Program. To learn more, read about the ECC course and its guidelines.

Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE):
Prenatal and Early Years Stage 1
DESCRIPTION
Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE): Prenatal and Early Years Stage 1 is a program in which a mixed age group of children meet weekly, building on concepts and skills laid out in the SECE repertoire while interacting with one another, their parents, and the teachers. To learn more, read about the SECE course and its guidelines.
Early registration due by Aug 15, 2019 (No refund after Aug 15, 2019)
PREREQUISITES
All training participants for all stages of SECE training must:
- Have completed Every Child Can or its equivalent Filosofia
- Must be active members of the Suzuki Association of the Americas. (SAA)
- Be able to sing in tune, keep a steady beat and have studied the songs and rhymes of the original English language version of the SECE curriculum
- Be prepared to perform the songs and rhymes of the SECE curriculum during the SECE training.
Completion and approval of the SECE training for registration with the SAA will be at the discretion of the teacher trainer.

Amount: $545 CAD or USD (Tuition) $30 Course material CAD or USD Total Fee ($575 CAD or USD) if receive or register before or by Aug 15, 2019.

(The following are available to purchase at our office and will be used during the course.)
- Lullabies, Action Songs and Rhymes CD (Booklet by Dorothy Jones) This recording and booklet must be purchased in advance of the training. The songs and rhymes should be learned prior to the course. Teacher Participants will be asked to perform/ lead selected songs and rhymes during the training period. ($25)
- Ability Development From Age Zero by Shinichi Suzuki. ($25)
- Nurtured by Love by Shinichi Suzuki ($25)
Meals and accommodation are the responsibility of the participant.
